The finance staff at SBWRD is committed to serving you, our customer. If you have a question or a problem, please feel free to call or e-mail one of our staff. We will respond as soon as possible to address your concerns. Below you can find which of our staff would most suit the question or problem you have.

	Lori Maag is the customer account clerk. She can answer any question you may have regarding your wastewater bill. She can also help with address changes and other billing information.
	Debbie Jensen-Sparks is the manager of the finance department. She can answer questions regarding impact fees or questions you may have on the annual audit or other reports offered by the District.
	Mona Cotter is the accounting coordinator. She handles accounts payable, payroll and month end billing utilities. She is also responsible for setting up your account.
	Kim Dudley is the secretary/receptionist. She is here to greet you when you come to see us or call on the phone. Kim can answer general questions you may have about the district or about your wastewater bill. She also prepares Board of Trustee correspondence and minutes of board meetings.
