The engineering staff is committed to providing a well designed and constructed wastewater collection system for our customers. We strive to serve the needs of our customers by establishing and implementing appropriate design and construction standards and specifications, providing timely and efficient reviews and inspections, and maintaining accurate records of the wastewater system.

Kathy Nelson is the Engineering Department Secretary. Contact Kathy for questions regarding private lateral inspections and approvals. Kathy also processes correspondence, maintains engineering files and keeps the Engineering Department running smooth. |

Bryan Atwood is the District Engineer and Manager of the Engineering Department. He is responsible for coordinating all work within Department and can answer questions about District policies and procedures. |

David Actor is the District’s Project Manager. He manages the development, design, and construction of the District wastewater collection system Capital Improvement Projects and other special projects. Dave also serves as the District’s Safety Coordinator. |

Trent Bay is an Engineer I with the District. He is responsible for all of the District’s GPS work, wastewater flow monitoring, wastewater flow modeling, and other engineering tasks. |

Kevin Berkley is the District’s Subdivision Coordinator. He coordinates the wastewater system design, construction inspection and approval of new subdivisions and developments within the District. He can answer questions regarding the development process and the status of development projects in that process. |

Gary Tackman maintains all the District’s databases and Local Area Network(LAN). He maintains the District’s geographical data using a Geographic Information System (GIS); produces maps of the District from the GIS; maintains other databases that are related to the management of the District’s assets such as, the wastewater collection system; and coordinates and conducts ground surveys of the District’s assets using the Global Positioning System (GPS) and conventional survey methods. |

Glenn Warner is the District’s private lateral inspector. He can answer questions regarding building plan reviews and specifications for private lateral construction. To schedule private lateral inspections, please contact Kathy Nelson listed above. |
